These people will send you a letter based on a real medical incident and claim you have an outstanding bill to get your credit card. just because some one tlaks in an authorative voice and sounds like a big company doesn't mean they actually are!!! 

I will be calling the police in their city to report some one trying to steal my credit card information. Scum!!!
