Decker Randolph don't trust this man he prays on people in need of housing and scams them out of their money terrytown Louisiana

I signed up for Decker Randolph's no credit check no down payment program in nov. 2015. He promised me and my children that we would be in a house by Christmas. I gave him my children's christmas money believing that their gift would be to finally be in our own home. The first house I chose he told me they had tax issues with the house that I had to find something else. I did . He promised we would be in that house right after the new year then he sais the seller changed his mind, which was not true the house has been sold. So on to the third house, he told me that the seller didn't want "black people" in his house so he advised we look for something else. I found another house he informed me it was mine even gave me a closing date. Then called to say we didn't get that one either. We looked at two more houses and the same thing. Needless to say$ 2,000 and six houses later still no house. I trusted Mr. Decker because we were long time friends or so I thought. I informed him I was going to take him to court. He promised me my money back. Which all I wanted was my house for my kids. Since then he has blocked me off facebook and doesn't respond to calls or texts. I haven't heard anything from him. The whole time it was a scam.The address he has as his company address in his home address. The number he uses as his "office phone" is a cell phone. I never spoke to his so called partner he never even gave me his name. I really wish I would have investigated before trusting this man. If he would do this to someone he calls his sister he would do it to anybody. Do not trust this man. I am currently looking for a lawyer that can help me. I doubt I will get my money back but I want to make sure he doesn't continue to hurt and scam innocent people.
