Placed order on 9/4/10 and credit card was charged on 9/7/10. On 9/16 received notice package was shipping via FedEx and tracking number was provided. However, FedEx reports that they never received the carton from Decor Collection.
On 9/25/10 I emailed Decor Collection and they responded that they would resolve issue and get back to me. I followed up again on 9/29, 10/6 and 10/22, but no responses were received. Phone number on website 877-700-DECO does not accept calls from Virginia. They do not even provide their company address on their site, but I know they are in California because they only charge sales tax when shipping to California.
I will have my credit card company reverse the charges to Decor Collection, but I want others to know not to do business with them.
