Decorium Furniture Esmi Martinez Decorium Furniture - delivered our lift chair recliner incomplete Glendale Arizona

On 10/22/2013 I bought a reclining lift chair from Decorium Furniture which cost $1030.83 + tax they wanted it paid in full, which we did by credit card. It was to be delivered in a week, than two weeks, than the end of November. Esmi told us they would call us when they were going to delivery the chair.

The month of November went by no call, so we drove to the store to see what the problem was. When we entered the store Esmi Martinez asked how do we like the chair. We told her we haven't received it yet. So they told us they would give us the one that was on the floor.

We said we will not except the one on the floor. So they orded us another chair. In two weeks we took delivery. The delivery person set the chair up for us. It was short the matching arm covers and it was to be over stuffed which it was not. Esmi Martinez told us she would have to order the covers and the stuffing. 

 This was 01/04/2014 today is 03/02/2014 and we still have not recieved the arm covers nor stuffing. They will not return phone calls. So I don't know what to do. I have threatened to reverse the credit card charge, which is the next thing I am going to do and they can have there chair back.
