I ordered 2 items from DeepDiscount.com. 1 on Nov 23, and 1 on Nov 24, 2007 for Christmas Gifts for the kids, But we still have yet to receive them. I am STILL trying to get a striate forward answer as to why it is taking so long to receive my items and why they haven't been shipped yet, when we were assured that they would be.
I sent my First Email about a week before Christmas. Customer Service Emailed me back saying that they could not meet my Christmas deadline but they promised me that my order would be shipped on the Jan 4, 2008, well this pissed me off to say the least. I got the kids replacement presents for Christmas, but was very dissatisfied with DeepDiscount.com. Well, Jan 4, 2008 passed and I still had not received my order so I emailed DeepDiscount again on 01/07/2008 asking what the hell was going on with my order and they emailed me this letter.

shipping method free of charge and assure you that your order is delivered to you.
First off, my Shipping was already FREE!! OOOhh, thanks for giving me something I already had DeepDiscount scum!! Jan 18th passed and my order was still not on my doorstep, I sent another Email and they sent this peace of crap back.

Are you Freaking kidding me!!! Does it really take 82 days to ship 2 video games!! Deepdiscount is a joke.
