Same story as everyone else. They borkered My boat collected the money and wrote me an NSF check. Every excuse has been used since the check bounced on 9/05/2009. My business partner cleaned out the account, I will be getting money in the account tomorrow, I just sold a boat that I own and the bank has not cleared the check.
On 11/25/2009 I sent them a regestered Notice Letter and yesterday Ryan called me and advised that he had good news that he would be calling me in the morning to let me know that the funds are available. I have not heard from him. I have communicated with this guy several times, I will find out who bought the boat and reposess it. enough is enough.
In all of my years as a business person this is about the smoothest scam that I have observed.
