Defense Lawyers Law Firm Dave & Chris Did not pay for working Davie Florida

i worked for lawyers defense law firm company for 3 days 26th thur the 28th of may offering debt settlement services.  they mainly offered the services to elderly and individuals on a fixed income.  they talked them into settlements with their creditors and never delivered any results.  the main trick is to get them to commit to a long term plan up to (5) years knowing that the client would evenutally default on their payments.  they also collected upfront fees from the clients which in the state of florida it is against the law to collect upfront fees for these types of services.  payments are suppose to be made depending upon the results.  no results then no payments.  they claim they represent a law firm but there is no inhouse lawyer on the premises.  the bottom line is that they are scam artists, they advertise on craigslist to pay salary and commission and no cold calling .  but when you get there they do a bait and switch by offering you this wacked out comp plan and when you start working you cold call which they said you never had to do.  you cold call all of the leads from last year which have been previously disqualified, refused or cancelled service and expect for you to perform a miracle with these old beat up leads.  then at the end of the week they tell you they have to let you go because of your performance and don't pay you.  it's against the law because in the state of florida you have to pay telemarketers at least minimum wage plus you must have a telemarketing license.  all in all this company is a scam and a rip off and all potential clients and well as employees need to be aware of their frudulent and unethical practices..............
