Delia's Cleaners Delia's Mutilated my Dress, Lost My Drycleaning, Lied to My Face, Charged me For it, and COULDN'T CARE LESS Scottsdale, Arizona

Delia's Cleaners has this drop off service where you put your dirty drycleaning in a marked bag and pick it up the next day.  I did so, and when I returned to pick up my items, I discovered a dress was missing and all that was there was it's liner.  The liner of this dress is sewed in by attachments, so to get the liner out someone would have had to physically rip the attachments, or cut them with scissors.  I explained to the drugged-out looking girl at the register (who was the only person there) that this was NOT my dress, and that this was the liner.  We argued about it.  She insisted that the liner was the 5th item of my 5 items, that I had to pay, and that if I didn't get the dress mailed to me within 7 days, they would give me back the money I paid for them to LOSE my dress.  She asked to keep the liner at the store.  I'm sure to cover her tracks.  Anyway--she promised that I would received a call about the dress within a couple of days, and that "99.9% of the time, they find the lost item".  Guess what, 6 days later and NO PHONE CALL/ NO DRESS!  To top it all off, I got home with my other items only to find out that one of my dresses has large, half-dollar sized stains all over the front of it that were not there when I dropped it off for cleaning.  I'm afraid I will never see my dress again, never get a refund, and never be compensated for my lost dress.  One thing is sure--I will never use Delia's Cleaners again.
