Ms. Delicia Cordon should not be allowed to rent again. This is a tenant who does not pay on time and has no respect for someone else's property. She left this rental with almost $10k in damages and refused to give a final move out date. Left without returning keys to property and having owners hire a locksmith to access their own home. Property was left filthy with broken doors, blinds and windows. Hardwood floors and carpets needed to be replaced. Permanent marker on kitchen cabinets. Ms. Cordon turned off all utilities a month prior and surprised the landlord by putting them all in the home owner's name. An eviction would of been needed if owners would have believed her excuses and lies. Ms. Cordon feels that the landlord should pay for damages and takes no responsibility for her actions.

Nasty dirty neighbors

I can see the homeowners complaint as being valid. We live in a nice family oriented clean neighborhood and these people totally destroyed the perimeter of the house as well as the inside. There was always trash all over the lawn, domestic disputes, garbage piled up, dumpsters in the driveway. On ocasssion went into the home to have a conversation concerning the trash and dumpsters in the driveway and noticed total destruction of the interior of the house. It looked like a tornado hit the house and smelled of pot. She comes outside with see thru shirts and no bras while neighbirhood kids are outside!! She is disgusting and disrepectful to her enviornment and the people around her. No one should rent to this individual but if you are crazy enough to GOOD LUCK!
