Incompetent staff , chanel, clearly lacks training in taking orders,. I stated clearly that i wanted phentermine 37.5 mg tablet form #90 count for $105 , the ordering process took forever, you would at least think the order would be fine coz she kept on repeating, i thought she was being thorough.

I also stated i wanted their free shipping, their courtesy shipping. MY Order came several days later, a day later than my friends order who ordered 2 days after I did. I got charged $104. and some cents, i said, Oh great, it's even cheaper, but when checked the pill bottle it said on the label #30 tabs !. My friend was charged $105 exact and she had 90 tabs. SO I CALLED, i spoke to ken, their supervisor. he stated i was charged $ 89 for 30 pills ( NOT WHAT I ORDERED) plus $15 2 day fed ex delivery shipping charge ( NOT WHAT I ORDERED AS WELL). FALSE SHIPPING PROMISES, see, they charged me 15 bucks for 2 day fed ex shipping and yet my order came a day after my friends order who ordered 2 days later than i did and had also opted for free courtesy shipping, figure that out.

SHAMELESS of Ken, the supervisor, i told him that i assumed that the ordering process was a recorded information and i said i'm sure they can trace who made the MISTAKE. Ken, literally admitted that the fault was indeed not mine but theirs. I said since it's their fault, why don't they just send me #60 more tabs, so my original order would be fulfilled. he declined and claimed that his hands were tied at that time. , a powerless supervisor, what is he there for? I asked if there was somebody there that had the power to make decisions over these things, he said that he had sent a letter or email over to their corporate office, and that i needed to wait 3 days , so i waited, .

I called after 3 days, KEN said that corporate did not want to do anything, did not want fulfill my original order, and can't send 60 more tablets, due to order was placed and listed in their system as 30 tabs for $89 , as compared to 90 tabs $105 . He claims he was authorized to just give 10% discount on my next order, and each time i order, he says to speak to him and he will give me a 10% discount. NOW that what i call, greedy, dishonest company. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Would it really hurt them to send me 60 more tabs, and honor my original order, besides it as their mistake. or maybe yet just give me a refund, in return i return what ever they send me ?. i offerred that too an they said NNNNOOOO !. where's the justice there, my money was taken already, all i wanted was fairness.
