Contracted with this company to move our household goods from Pittsburgh Pa to North Carolina.
Many of our valued possessions ...NEVER ARRIVED at the North Carolina destination.

Paul, the owner and two of his hired workers came to our home, did an inventory of our household goods, quoted us a price for the move to North Carolina...wrote the contract...We gave him a cash deposit.

The crew came....A HALF DAY LATE.....loaded or possessions onto "RENTAL" trucks....(we were confused)

He told us that he was not a "Bigtime" mover and that he does it that way to reduce expenses.

(by the way...the truck that was pictured in his on-line add at the time looked like a regular  over-the road moving truck)

When they were about halfway loaded....Paul, the owner ....said he needed some more money up front to pay his help before he could complete the move for us....

He said he was strapped for cash at that time....

Well....We gave him "MORE" MONEY IN ADVANCE....

Needless to say....It took several trips to North Carolina by his men....

Each time we had to just about Beg Him to bring the rest of our possessions.
and ....each time ...they came....

we had to give them "MORE" money for their return to Pa.

We ended up paying him over two times the amount that we originally contracted for...
because HE said....He mis-judged the amount of items to be moved. .....
AND...we were gracious ....and paid HIM....

We are missing a multitude of things that were picked up from our house in Pennsylvania....

Just one example........He ..PAUl...THE OWNER...told us that an heirloom floating deck outdoor swing
had been run over by one of his drivers...gave us his insurance information...

We filed a claim ....and found out ...that HIS insurance ONLY COVERS "HIS"  PROPERTY
and "Not"  the property of others.  

As we have unpacked we are missing  NUMEROUS things that were loaded on the truck in Pa.

We have filed a grievance with the Department of Transportation, State of Pennsylvania.

We have gone to the police department in Pittsburgh, Pa to file a report of stolen property.

We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of pennsylvania.

The Pittsburgh Police Department told us we would have to file a Civil Suit.

We contacted a lawyer and he advised us that we would have to return to Pennsylvania...possibly three to four times to go to court.

BOTTOM LINE....This company is truly a RIP-OFF
