Dell Computer Warranties I love DELL computers, but they LIE ABOUT WARRANTIES.

I love DELL computers, but they LIE ABOUT WARRANTIES. All dell warranties are useless. They say buy from DELL direct to get the accidental coverage but they lie.  I should have gotten Geek Squad or better yet a MAC I have documentation that I got accidental coverage, but they won't honor it. I have every paper I got from them, and every email which says I HAVE coverage, but they won't honor it. They say I don't.  I said, then fine, refund my money for the warranty bought just 9 months ago. They said they only do refunds up to 30 days.  

I said either refund the money for the warranty or honor the warranty. You can't have it both ways.  I just spent 5 hours ...yes really 5 hours on the phone while they told me they didn't have access to email. Furthermore, I can't even find a CEO to complain to...any ideas of the CEO's name.  I have a  list of all the people I talked to and every piece of paper I ever exchanged with dell.  I am off to post this on every other social media site I can find.  DELL WARRANTIES ARE USELESS WASTES OF MONEY...buy a MAC    Anyone who does internet marketing I will pay you to spread the word about the DELL RIPOFF. contact me
