Dell Financial Services Credit Protection Plan scam program Atlanta Georgia

I purchased the protection program when I bought my laptop. In march i had a heart attack and had to stop working. In may i called dell and started the plan in which they did , and they made the first two months payments. they had sent me a form to fill out.
I filled the info in and had my doctor sign the form. I then send it to them the first of july I was in the university michigan in ann arbor when i came home i found out that dell had sent me a late notice for a payment.

after three times waiting on the phone for over thirty minutes I finaly talk to a person who i could not understand or even begin to be able to say his name he informed me that they canceled my plan for none payment.
I asked him why which took him another five minutes and i had to give him all my personal info again. He than told me that they had sent me three letters telling me that they were unable to enroll me in the plan because of my status . I explained to him that i never got the letters or any phone calls or e-mails and i had sent the info to them but he told me they did not recive the form an had close out my account for none payment. the payments had been made by the plan and they had various ways to contact me but did not.
This program is a rip off and if there our more people having this happen its a told scam.
