I don't know how many of these are good ones, but if we all write'em and keep writing them, maybe they'll get the message. I contacted one of the addresses and got a call for someone in Texas. So that was the start and finish of my story. I have gotten nowhere, but maybe some of you can. If there is a class-action suit, I am in!!! Good luck and DO NOT BUY FROM DELL!!!!
