Demandforce Intuit This company misrepresented us what the $299.00 monthly registration fee will do for us. We asked that they cancel our subscription but they say we have signed a contract. The service is totally overcharged and does not fit our needs. Customer service was rude and a person called Andrew was extremely rude and did not care about our needs. San Francisco California

The company brag about their Facebook service and online communications with customer. However their applications did not suit our needs and they did not really care about it but more about the money they extorqued from business. Their personnel is rude, not trained to deal with business customer, do not care about their needs but only having them signed under false representation.

I cancelled last November 2013. I never received any correspondence about the correspondence I sent them. I sent them another correspondence in March 2014 letting them know that I had cancelled the service last November. They again never replied. A non committed and fraudulent company. Thumbs down to Intuit who purchased that company last year.
