DeMaria Home Improvement Overcharged, for poor work Ooltewah Tennessee

 I was paid by the owners who were happy with the work. It's hard to work in a house with messy and trashy tenants. The issue was with the owner and tenants not the person doing the repairs. That's why they hide their name in this post. Funny, I've been in business for 15 years with no insurance claims or lawsuits and the people that complained on this page are either in jail or have nothing better to do with their life then complain. Hmmmmmm interesting.

 There is a difference, his scorecard says A not A+ and he is not accredited by bbb. We were ultimately the ones who had to pay as it was taken out of our security deposit, and we were not provided an estimate up front. My bad for trusting the landlord (his friend) and this guy

 There was no eviction! Rent was paid for every month. Lease was completed in 2 years. We gave the owners a 2 month notice, we chose to leave sooner than we needed to because the owner was a bully and made us uncomfortable living there, who btw is a friend of this overcharging contractor. The house was NOT destroyed, that is also a lie, When we moved out, the countertop in the bathroom needed replacing, (because there was wood laminate around the sink, the laminate was coming off- who in their right mind uses wood laminate around a sink?!?!?) we were charged $400 for "countertop replacement" they actually replaced the whole sink!! Also he charged us $375 for filling in a few holes in the walls from nails! A+ BBB means nothing. You will notice I'm not the only one who filed a complaint.

 This is simply not true. I have a A+ will BBB and never filed a insurance claim. These tenants destroyed the house. I only did a few small repairs until they were removed from the house. I would never have gotten paid if the owners weren't happy. These people are liars and bad people. Very sad.
