Denis Beaudoin Toy Hauler Trailer aka Denis Beaudoin business owner Denis Beaudoin has taken $800.00 of my hard earned money as a deposit to rent one of his RV's, but instead he decided to switch the RV out and deliver the Toy Trailer that was a dump. Denis has to be held accountable for his own actions. He defrauded others companies in the past and he has done the same to me and to me it made no sense to take my money and not contact me to at least offer to return all of my money, since I was so unhappy with the dump that was left like a bag of trash from Hisperia California

Denis Beaudoin aka owner of Toy Hauler Trailer located in Hesperia, CA.  Denis bated me and switched the RV out for a Toy Trailer that was a dump.  This was my first time renting an RV/Toy Trailer.  I didn't know anything about a Toy Trailer not until Denis told me his units.  Denis rented his unit to me on June 27th until July 4th, 2018 at 11:00 pm.  Denis was aware of the fact that his Toy Trailer wasn’t an RV and it wasn’t the RV that I had ordered before arriving to my site.  Denis knew that his Toy Trailer was beyond filthy dirty with holes in the walls, dirty bath tub, dirty blinds, no central air, no hot running water to take a bath, the refrigerator didn't work, the lights didn't come on at all, the toilet didn't flush because of the lack of water and plus it was so nasty and dirty until you could smell it from opening the front door, he didn't bother to clean out the septic tank or sanitize the entire unit, because all he wanted was the money, wait there's more, he never mopped or swept his unit not once since he purchased it, the two couches were filthy dirty and I was afraid of getting bitten by bedbugs while walking around in the dump, the bed weren't made up no sheets on one bed or pillow cases and no clean sheets, the generator didn't work, the lights didn't work on one of the hottest days of 107 degrees temperature on June 27th, 2018. 

I saw a number of RV's and trailers on the website and I specifically told him which one that I had wanted and he told me that he would make sure that I will receive that particular unit and at the eleventh hour.  I had no idea what he was delivering not until he called me to ask me where can he stop to get water to fill up his tank so that I can take a bath, he came all of the way to Palmdale on the date of delivery to ask me if he could drop by my home to fill up his tank with water and I told him no way, will I allow you to run my water bill up.  You should have had all of this done weeks before driving out to my area to deliver your unit to me for an eight day rental.  Once he drove up with the contraption, I told him that he must be out of his crazy mind to deliver something like this junk to me, I asked him why did you lie to me about the RV, where the RV that I had ordered, he told me that he brought this one because it was available. 

We weren't able to sleep inside of this nasty dirty dump, we had no use for this mess.  I told him this is not what I had ordered and he said that he would try to make things right.  I told him that he needs to return my cashier’s check today before you leave these premises but he didn't he stormed out of this dump with an attitude and parts of the front storm door had fallen off once slammed the door, as he drove off.  He refused to return my money to me, he charged $800.00 for the 8 days, but on July 4th, he sent his bully to my stand on July 4th, 2018 at 11:00 am when the contract stated that I was releasing the dump back to him on July 4th at 11:00 pm not 11:00 am.  I told that guy that if he comes into my stand to disturb me while I was working I will have him arrested, if not arrested a police report will be taken and you will be escorted off of the premises for disturbing the peace.  I didn't want to have anything to do with these two men, they were so unprofessional.  I was having my annual fundraiser.  I was humiliated by all that happened to me. 

Denis made my 8 days miserable, we had nowhere to sleep, we had nowhere to take a bath, we had no comfort, we hand no clean beds to sleep on, we had no lights, no generator, no working lights, no toilet to use not at all.  We had the worst times of our lives.  Denis stole my peace from me, he lied to me, he switched out my order for this old 2003 dump.  I have all of the photos that I will be uploading for your review and you tell me what you think of this and how you would have felt if you were in my shoes, you wouldn't like it. I had a rental agreement but I didn't want to sign the drop off, because it wasn't what I had ordered and Denis knew it and we argued about that for a minute, because he was wrong and he needed the money because it was the July 4th, 2018 long hot weekend.  While Denis went to Pismo Beach, while we had nowhere to stay for 8 days but inside of our cars because the trailer was an absolute dump.  So, we had to take turns leaving the area to go home to bath and return to the site before 10:00 am every morning.  I want my money returned to me in full.  I will have to take Denis Beaudoin to Court to have my money returned to me, he is a scum bag, shiftless low life and trifling.  He has no respect for woman and I am sure that he treats his girlfriends and mother very badly, because I'm a grown woman and I deserved to be treated with dignity but I was treated very badly and that is how I was treated without any professional regards.
