 Recieved a USPS priority package from Dennis Grover - return address 14004 stoneshire street houston Texas 77060. Inside was a Survvey & Rate Memo with instructions and a Cashiers check #198325 for $1,680.00, issued from Ascend Federal Credit Union 520 Airpark Drive PO Box 1210 Tullahoma Tennessee 37388.

The following was the email sent to me:

Payment Delivered by REGULAR MAIL. Your first assignment is to be conducted and carried out at a particular financial institution (Western Union). They Have Them IN Kroger Stores, Giant Eagle, Heb Stores and Other Grocery Stores Around You.You are to conduct an evaluation on the nearest location to your residence. 
You will be acting as a customer,  and actually be making a transfer as a customer
