Dennis Michael Cohen Arrogant, rude to tax payers, unwilling to resolve probems with tax payers in the Town of Babylon Ripoff Lindenhurst New York

How about due process of law? This Attorney works for the Town of Babylon. He is not a resolver. He does not find a solution and just resolution to problems. He is rude and arrogant notwithstanding our tax payer dollars pay his salary. He was Admitted to practice law in New York State, Appellate Division, in the Second Dep't in or about 1997. There were two problems; Town had my house as an alleged illegal two family; I never maintained a two family. Town Inspector came to my house in 1992 because a "crazy" neighbor called the town. Town put violation without inspecting the house. I was Never afforded a trial, never went to Court, never given a ticket, summons, a letter or advised of the violation on the "alleged" two family for over 12 years. This made it difficult for me to sell my house when the time came to do so. Another attorney in the office resolved the issue amicably. No help from Dennis.
Then had a small problem; attorney would not look at papers and attempt to intervene and resolve issue with the Town Clerk 's office Janice E. Tinsley-Colbert. His interpretation of the law was wrong and the Town of Babylon and his office has not complied with my Freedom of Information Law request (FOIL). Waiting for compliance with the Freedom of Information Law request. Where are our tax dollars going?
