Dennis Realty Lori Fantauzzo(Florida licensed agent) lied, deceptive tactics, stole security deposit lutz Florida

The Rental agent for Dennis Realty, Lori Fantauzzo told me to my face after inspection of a small property that I  rented and they so-called managed,   that I would receive my full refund.  I personally left the place in a much better condition than it was when I initially rented it.  The original agent for Dennis Realty quit shortly after I started to work with them and after dealing with the company , I clearly understand why.  Before I rented the place, some of the rooms  had  carpet stains that were virtually impossible to remove.  There was a notation on the pre-rental agreement about the stains and I even had the carpet cleaned professionally twice within the time that I was there.  Somehow they decided to ignore the facts and pictures because they can hide behind Florida law relative to tenant/landlord.   Although I am frustrated that the company participated in the stealing of part of my security deposit, I am more upset that someone with a professional real estate license from the state is able to flat out lie and mislead a customer.  

About a month after I left the property and had to place several calls regarding my expected security deposit , I received an erroneous letter explaining why they opted to take 1/4 of my security deposit.  As one might expect, I was furious due to the blatant lie and unprofessional behavior.    I am certain, that this is an ordinary practice either by the rep or the company because of the way they conducted themselves with other matters during my stay at the property.  Based on principle alone, I would like my money returned because it was wrongfully taken from me.  I have pictures (because I suspected that I could not trust them due to earlier dealings with them) to prove that I left the place very clean and as I stated earlier in better condition.
