After unsuccessfully attempting to contact cybersonic I decided to stop wasting my time and wrote a letter to my credit card company. I used this website as proof that this company is a ripoff and I was not alone.

After an investigation by my credit card company I was refunded my money. Cybersonic was charged back for my unit. This is the only way to get your money back folks. It worked for me. Good luck!
