DentalPlans.com Dentemax Discount Dental Plan Insurance scam Internet

DentalPlans.com passed themselves off as selling insurance coverage for dental care.  I paid an annual premium and they immediately took this money from my account.  When I printed my ID cards, it clearly said the this is not insurance but a discount plan.  I ask for refund and cancellation but have yet to receive a response. It only took seconds for them to zap the money from my account but they cannot seem to even have the ability to even respond to a request.  I want  to know what or if you receive any kind of response. I will also be reporting to the BBB so that others will not fall into this same scam.
