The so-called denturist said that even though the partial he made for me was and still is cutting my mouth in two places that he could not waste any more time on me. The partial was poorly built, traps food under it and causes cuts in two different places in my mouth. He also damaged my upper denture and caused it to cut my gum. This same upper denture had served me well for many years without the slightest problem until I allowed him to take it into another room.

He brought it back damaged and it then caused cuts in my upper gum. He refused to repair the dental products that he made, saying he could not waste time making those products non-harmful and useable. Many hundreds of dollars worth of dental aids that he made are useless because he refuses to complete the job.

There are no sinks in most of the treatment rooms, so you are trusting his sanitation and sense of cleanliness because you have no idea if he washes his hands before he puts them in your mouth, nor can you be sure that the dental aids or equipment he uses are clean because you can not see them being cleaned or even rinsed since there is no running water in the treatment rooms with the exception of one room that the REAL DENTIST uses.

I have filed a grievance at the state level, the AMA, and payment dispute because of his unwillingness to complete the job and make the products stop causing damage to my gums. I am seeking legal counsel.

BUYER BEWARE! One more thing. He discriminates against the disabled population.
