E-470 Toll Road Authority and Linebarger Grogan Law Firm Engaged in Fraud by Mail by mailing out Bogus Citations Demanding Payment to owners of vehicles that were not using the toll road. This has been proven by many people doing tests on the road. I myself with a witness made sure that I did not get in the tollroad except for lane changes as was needed. A Federal Investigation should be Commenced with tests being done and federal charges filed against the Collection law firm law firm And the C470 authority and officials that dreamed up this scam. It has a negative effect by people getting that were screwed on tickets for offences' they did not commit thereby rightfully causing suspicion and disrespect for the system and valid tickets. This Fraud must be stopped to restore and preserve the integrity of the system.
