depandable auto shippers DAS globel attampt of froud and blackmail. riyadh, New Jersey

I purchased a vehicle from USA, from e-bay web site the VIN#JTHBN36F35***** I had checked it on carfax, the title of the car was clean no problems found.

the car was shipped to my country by das global auto shippers on 22-6-2009 from jersey and was to arrive at 11-7-2009 in Jeddah k,s,a.
the papers was not sent to me by the carrier and they claimed the customs at jersey seized the container (containing my vehicle) for further examination.

So after I insist on them to send me proof about this matter ,they did send me that the container was sent back to jersey by an order from the customs.

After that the container was examend and had been released from the customs to shipping company ,the company contact me asking me to pay the amount of (2739.99$) usd in time table of 3 hours or the will be a daily fee of (250$) usd claiming that this amount is owed to the customs for x-rays and exams done on my vehicle??

So I asked the shipping company to send the bill that was issued from the customs, and in the same time i contacted the customs of Newark on the no 201-443-0100 resolution and problems center and gave them the container no, and they notify me that my shipment was cleared to the terminal for the shippers do send it back to its destination and they do not charge any money for this duty.

then the company sends me the bill that they claimed they owe the customs:

- It was a bill from another company to there company and was noted (no third party billing)

-The amount was only (1125$usd) not (2739.99$)

And there was no additional fees for delay that they claimed it was (250$) per day.

-this amount was for handling a container that had 3 autos not only my auto alone.

Now the company is refusing to send my vehicle or the papers until I pay them what they want my to pay taking advantage of this case and that my car is in there turf now(new jersey).

Also the contract that was send to me via e-mail did not note that I am responsible for there loses in redelivered containers by us customs order and it's not fair anyway because they have incurrence to cover these cases.

Questions & examples:

       If a flight was returned to the departing airport after take off ,for security reasons and after that was cleared, is it fair to ask the passengers to pay another ticket and to pay for airport fees????

        If you send a package by a shipping company like DHL or ARMAX to an other country and the package was returned back to its departure for security reasons, and was cleared after that would any of these respected company's call and ask you to pay again to deliver your package???

From this report above I am asking help and hopping that someone will just me from this attempt of blackmail and fraud that I have encountered from this company or direct me to the department who can order to send my vehicle immediately standing with me against them and preventing a crime that could happen as i am an offshore consumer.
