Department of Child Support Services Clearinghouse Phoenix Az Clearinghouse Withholding child support payments Phoenix AZ

The department of child support services reported they sent my payments 5 in total to "Clearinghouse” who is the middle-man between DCCS and Bank of America on 9/14/18 however it is 9/21/18 and I have yet to receive the payments on my Bank of America child support card. To better understand how it works the Department of Child support services sends clearinghouse the monies and clearing House deposit to Bank of America for disbursement. I have called child-support services numerous times, and child support services was even willing to call Bank of America on three-way to find out where my payments are. Bank of America reported numerous times that there is no funds on the card and no pending funds to be disbursed. The Department of Child support services informed me that there is no phone number nor building to go to for clearinghouse and that they could only emailed them and that I can only fax them my concerns. Upon further investigation I am now realizing that clearinghouse has a history of doing this. I’m assuming they’re using our money is to gain interest monies. I will be making a complaint to the attorney general for the state of Arizona on behalf of the citizens who utilize this service.
