My name is Miss Booker, I am an honored member of cambridge who's who in Long Island New York and which I received an award for my community services from Donald Trump jr. I am a black African female that brought my son up in the community and showed him how to give back to others. After a car accident my son was taken from me, 2 weeks after an investigation my son did not get the appropriate treatment that he need; but he was subject to violence threats intimidation and neglect through the Department of Family Children Services.
My son at eight years old was placed in a group home with teenage boys Not only was my son lied on but I was lied on as well the judge did not show up for court twice. I asked for an appeals to allow myself to see my son and visitation. The judge never showed up for court the second time, the judge never showed up for court it was an excuse that he broke his elbow.
I have had an effective counseling I have paid the lawyer $3,000 and which I've only received $1,000 back from the lawyer the other 2000 he kept he did not do any work. he was on my case for 2 weeks, the courts did not adhere to proper legal measures of dealing with my case. My son my son was found in highway traffic as he unlock the door in which the door was supposed to been locked and ran into ongoing traffic while he was in the care of the Department of Family Children Services.
Not only did my son psychologist recommend that my son stay in my life but that my son stay at a location which was call Tompson group home and which would have had enable my son to transfer from the group home to my home. The courts denied that of my son being in the group home and then transitioning to my home. I have not seen my son for about 5 months now.
It was recommended by the judge that I did have contact with him however the judge took my rights to visit with my son for no reason at all I haven't been placed in embarrassing situations my son has been neglected and I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible I have supporting documentation and I will really wish that someone will hear what's going on and it's able to help me with my situation me and my son.
