Department of Human Services ,DHS, DHS lied, committed fraud to kidnap my child Philadelphia Pennsylvania

 Philadelphia's DHS is a corrupt private business for profit that employs corrupt social workers who come to ppl's homes violating their rights, they lie, fabricate stories, falsify reports, threaten, intimidate, harass & bully families. Then, if the family makes a complaint or speaks out against this corrupt business they retaliate not just on the adults, but they retaliate on the children even more.

These DHS & CUA workers will go to extreme measures like committing perjury just to illegally & unnecessarily kidnap children from their families so they can traffic them for federal incentives. How is it that Phila DHS workers & their CUA workers are removing children at the highest rates in the country to turn around & adopt these children out to themselves, their friends, their families, to drug addicts/alcoholics, drug dealers, abusers, pedophiles & murderers, yet not one state elected official will hold any of these criminals accountable.

How is it that the only oversight these corrupt agencies have are themselves, that's right there is absolutley NO TRANSPARENCY OR ACCOUNTABILITY. Now, there is one city council member that introduced a resolution that would bring transparency & accountability over Philadelphia's DHS, but of course bc DHS has too much to hide/cover up, they are extremely below their thresholds & they know they are extremely corrupt the commissioner of DHS Cynthia Figueroa is running to her good friends Mayor Kenney & city council president Darrell Clark begging for them to oppose this bc with transparency & accountability they will no longer get away with running an illegal & corrupt federal funded child trafficking ring.

There is tons of evidence against these agencies yet bc they bring too much federal funding bonuses to the state, it's lining all the state officials pockets so they won't get involved to enforce the laws or arrest & indict these predators. The proof is in all the evidence which will be leaked to national media outlets when the time is right...which is just around the corner.

There needs to be a serious operations audit conducted immediately on Philadelphia's DHS bc they said it themselves, they are way under their thresholds & it will cause them to lose their licenses, so why hasn't the city controller's office conducted this audit yet, probably bc the Mayor said no.

PHILADELPHIA IS BEYOND CORRUPT & SOMETHING SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!! There is an entire team of families that have come forward with all the evidence such as videos, pictures, documents, audio recordings & more, I will not be posting my evidence or videos here bc those are being held for national news broadcasts.

 I have reports, letters, and a false adoption plan with a forged signature. Also I found out that DHS cannot take your child with out a court order, warrant or contract. I had neither. They told on themselves when I tried to sue them. I even have the report on what was told in court. I will upload evidence soon. Or I can send them. Also they contridicted the case fully i also have proof of that.
