Deproductsinc.com Deproductsinc Canon Camera Scam: Get your money back! Chino California

I recently contacted "Kristopher Hunt" the seller of a too good to be true deal for a Canon S400 for $185 on deproductsinc.com. Like many others on this site have reported, I also naively paid for the camera using the paybycheck method and then never received the goods. I wrote Kris a formal letter of demand requesting a full refund or else I would take him to small claims court in my jurisdiction and his. He agreed to pay me back. Everyone who has been ripped off by this guy should do the same. After emailing him a copy of the letter I wrote to "kris242@beer.com" he replied with the following:

"I've been trying to refund every person, i will do as you asked and send full payment of 185.00 to you. Paybycheck.com has severed all my connection to customers and there is no way for me to refund people besides if i they contact me. i will send you a cashiers check from my bank on monday, august 2nd"

Make him do the right thing and return your money!!
