Derma Skin Brand Renew Derma Skin Avalure Free Trial - charges account with no documented authorization Florida Total bait and switch

I saw an ad for a sample trial of their product for $5. I thought ok, that seems fair. Then the next month I received a charge on my card of $87.50!! I called right away and was told if I got the sample then I agreed to their membership. I said there is no way I would ever agree to a membership and she said it was the only way i could've gotten the sample and I had like 6 days to cancel the membership after ordering the sample. I said i never agreed to this and show me proof that I did. She said she had no proof and would credit me $65. I told her i want a full refund. She said she can't do that. I never agreed to this membership and feel completely swindled and am disgusted with companies like this. They need to get money from people in these underhanded ways because their products don't stand on their own. I demand a full refund from this company. Even if you go to their site, it's nothing but a phone number. Companies like this need to go out of business and stop taking advantage of people. Life is hard enough without these thieves!
