DermaFi YOURKEYFITNESS on online ad that claimed special face cream 8449656756 Internet OHIO

Clicked online photo for skincare lotion that claimed something special about product for face; then read it's FREE only pay S&H and $1.00 charge (?).  Product arrived more than a month later by which time you forgot it; a 1oz./30ml "Ageless Facial Serum".  It's awful, sticky & feels like you threw a rag over your face--with 0 (zero) results.  I new I was paying $4.95 shipping but was NOT & DID NOT ORDER anything!  When I opened my cc statement it showed charges $1.99, $4.95 & $89.31 as of 6/28/17.  When I called them on the skimpy receipt accompanying the small tube they WOULD NOT LISTEN TO WHY YOU CALL--they simply robotically read from a script tauting the virtues of their product/s & kept intermittently asking what ELSE they could sell me!!

I managed to throw in a couple of words that said their product was crap & that I NEVER AGREED to ORDER IT, they again complained that I wasn't listening to them--then they started again reading from prepared script about how wonderful their product/s were/are.

I told them I was reporting them to the BBB & FTC.
