DermaJuvenate DermaJuvenateCA - rip off scam Internet

As others have stated on this site, DermaJuvenate is a rip-off.  They entice you to try the product at $3.99US and then you receive no paperwork.  A few weeks later, I was emailed a bill for $100CA for more product, but I had received no previous paperwork stating that I had a trial time limit before they would charge me for more product.  When I called customer service, they said that it was a 14 day trial or an 18 day trial (he apparently wasn't sure which) and said that we were notified.  I asked how the consumer is notified, and he said upon signing up for the trial we were.  Nowhere did I see this notification and I read everything before signing up for at trial of anything.  Nor was any paperwork sent other than a confimration of purchase and a notice of shipment.  I told the guy that I didn't want anymore product and I wanted the $100US removed from my credit card and he said he was unable to do this because the product had already shipped.  When I said I would go to social media and proclaim the fraudulent company that they were, he asked me not to and told me he would refund $50US to my credit card and that I could keep the product.  I said that wasn't good enough and that I wanted a full refund.  He said he couldn't do that because the product was already on it's way to me.  So then I call back and speak to another customer service rep who offers me the same deal.  I told him I was now worried because he was offering me what the previous CSR offered me but clearly it hadn't been done because it wasn't showing up on my account.  When I asked about the product that was coming to me that the first CSR told me had already been shipped and was on it's way to me which is why they charged me the $100CA, he said there wasn't anymore product being shipped to me and that they were charging me for what was the "trial" package.  

I encourage everyone to stay FAR AWAY from this company and their TRIAL deals.  This is horrendous!
