The first lie was 3 to 5 days, no money. I called their customer service and was told 7 to 10 days, still no money. I called again and was told up to 30 days, still no money and it has been 36 days. I once called customer service number and was told that 2 vouchers had been issued for 2 of my returns and given 2 routing numbers and to call my bank, still no money. Today is Oct 8, 2014. This mess started Aug. 14. I called today and was told the same lie that I was told last week, that papers would be submitted to investigate my returns'
