Des Moines area Community College DMACC Civil Issues that the staff think is humorus Ankeny, Iowa

so I am dealing with issues with staff at DMACC.

First Off I was left fort dodge Iowa in 2010/2011 to go to Des Moines Area Community College. During the Time That I lived there ion Campus at the Campus View Student housing, I was assaulted, Harassed, hazed, falsely accused,Had several
attempts at my life,money, items stolen, verbal assaults... I mentioned I was 28 and that is how this all started

The main issues were. the slicing of my knees just so my keys could be stolen or broken. I am scarred and in pain sometimes from it.

Then I was forced to drink Laundry Soap because a bottle fell off the washer or dryer. so one of my roommates decided to run after me and swing his fists at me.  The breathing problems I have now are too much.

I was also kicked in the center. Had my 2 week old Lap top destroyed worth around $800, the roommates damaged the Counter top and I had to pay for the damages!

the Judicial officer placed me on a conduct hold because I reported the incidents and then sent me a attachment the had a virus or/malware/spyware in it.

when I tried to get off the Hold I was forced to say things, not what I wanted too

and then the staff wanted to hold a meeting with me and my parents about my grades and ETC. at least that was my understanding from their calls. I  am am a 30 year old independent, which just the letters it self violate
the law.

When I tried to have an officer file charges they asked me if I was Mentally Challenged/retarded.

The Judicial officer was Sued in 2004 for misconduct as she worked for a Lawyer or was a lawyer.

my Email accounts have been hacked, my web sites had to be closed down and reopened with  a new name.

the harassment and Threats sent to me in email have been relentless. and  then then a few weeks ago
one of my former roommates was seen several times out side our house. which we now have a broken window, and had to have our internet provider (mediacom) replace all of the internet wiring out side our house and  in.

The staff at DMACC are letting this issue continue, and their actions are in violation of my rights.
