Ever since Desert Schools "upgraded" their system a few months ago, I have had nothing but problems! The first problem was the inability access my account online. I would call and be told that because of a recent bankruptcy that I couldn't access my account online through their EPAL system, but yet, I could still use my debit card, withdraw money from ATMs, etc. I just wasn't able to "see" my money (It made no sense to me then, either.).

The message I was receiving was that my status was "undesirable" (Nice, huh?). Anyway, it took me several days, several phone calls, several transfers, etc. to finally get access to my account via the Internet. I have, since their "upgrade," had two duplicate transactions appear in my checking account for the exact same amount on the exact same day. I sent them an email, and now I am unable to access my account online--AGAIN!

So, I have no idea what their response is to my email about these duplicate transactions. My name is on my daughters' savings accounts because they're minors, but when I went to deposit $25 into one of their accounts, I was told that I couldn't because their accounts were showing "undesirable" status. I promptly went home and called them, and they indicated that I could deposit $ into these accounts (that both have over $700 in them), but because we recently filed bankruptcy, the status on these minor accounts is "undesirable," yet because they're minors, my name has to be on the accounts.

They said that the teller would have to contact them via telephone, so they could take this status off, and I could deposit money into their accounts. (Are you kidding me?). I'm getting the distinct impression that after nearly 15 years of banking with them that they must not want me as a customer. I will definitely find another bank soon!
