Designer Limousine, INC thief, sneaky,selfish, bad management, dangerous , unprofessional. illegal Internet

I was an employee and provided them business. The boss naime is Keith. At the end I got nothing back but problems. 9/30/2012 rented a Setra bus(55 passengers) for a day trip. The bus had AC issues more then a week ago and haven't been fixed. There was air coming out from vents but no cold air. The air conditioner was not working. I opened the roof hatch and windows to have air flow in. Otherwise it would be chaos.

Usually I start the day as a driver and pick up the bus at 7AM and drop off around 10pm. I see the same man work there and when I drop off the daily driver record report in the trailer. I saw bedding items and other living house products in the trailer. They hire 1 illegal mexcian empolyee who live and work there for maintence. (unproessfional) They told us the pay is weekly. But over the course of 5-6 weeks we didn't recieve a pay check. We contacted managers in Philadelphia so many times. The manager told us dont worry about our pay checks. He saw their bank account have $270k and told us not to worry.

I called the manager Chris about about our pay checks. He told me he would find out and call me back.

Few days later there was no call back. I called again and the salesperson answered. He asked for the manager and told me Chris was busy and would call me back. I lefted a message for call back. 

Days later, I called again and the salesperson said that Chris was not available and to leave a voicemail

and he hunged up the phone. I was never able to leave a voicemail. After that I call the managers in Philadelphia so many times. They said they couldn't do anything.

They didnt schelduce us any work and never called us to let us know if I was fired. They switched  to new drivers and the new drivers told us they did not get the pay checks as well. This company refuses and delays empolyee's pay checks. Everyone got bills and a lot of expenses. They also owe the bus drivers for gas money they we paid out of  our own pocket fot their bus to operate.

Now we are suing them in a small calim court for our salaries. (3 otherdrivers $6000,$4000,$2700 and me$5090). Please! "Department of transportation, and labor do something!"  They should be suspended for business.
