To make a long story short. Moving back to New Mexico due to lack of work. My husband was offered his old job back and they would pay for move. Day of move my husband had a heart attach, died and was brought back to life due to experienced people thank God. He was in a coma for a short time. We had to cancel and reschedule move for a later date when he was able to move. When I booked this mover I gave them my debit card number to reserve date and price. A couple of days after my husbands heart attach I noticed that there was over four hundred dollars was taken out of my checking account. When I called Destination they said that was a charge of 30 percent for canceling and that we needed to notify them with in 72 hours. I am sorry if I had know I would have had him have the heart attach 72 hours earlier. Then he hung up on be (Ruben). In the meantime my husbands employer also paid over eight hundred dollars towards the move with the balance being paid in full when they delivered. They told the employer that they would have to deduct 30 percent out of that money (not telling them that they already took it our of my account). I forgot to tell you that I am on disability and they with drew the money at the end of the month which means I incurred bounced check fees along with other withdrawals that bounced. So I am six hundred dollars in the hole, my husband is home but not doing well, I also take care of a very sickly 75 year old mother. We do not know what to do. They will not return the money, and they are giving the employer a hard time in regards to the refund. All we have left to do is sell all our belongings and I will have to drive back or we will loose our house in New Mexico. We have already given notice of moving so we have to be out of this place at end of month. I am trying to get ahold of Wink TV to see if they will do a report on this company so this can stop. So if anyone is interested in helping out by talking with the news please contact me at (((ROR REDACTED))). I don't want to put my phone number done incase the mover decides to harrass me. All I have done is cry since all this has happened and I don't know what else to do. It has to be stopped these people are giving good businesses bad names.
