these people may they rot in hell! promised 5000.00 to my best friend, if we sent them 800 dollers for collateral we sent it then they asked for more money 770 to be exact! she told them she didnt have it that she borrowed the money and that if they wanted more money to just forget about the loan, they told us two to three weeks the money would be sent back, now the number is not working and we have yet to see this money. i gave my friend my rent money thinking id get it right back now im getting kicked out of my home that i have had for three years with my two small children we are both single mothers working very hard to make ends meet and now christmas is here and we are broke! we all need to get togther and get this jerks and make them pay for what we are going through, we need to be heard and paid back!

I too was ripped off

I am also a victim of this company. I plead you to take the advice and forge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau in New York. The more "victims" that make complaints the better the action will be against the company. I have already submitted my own and encourage you as well.

good luck,

AUTHOR: Kelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 09, 2006

on monday i get this phone call from a guy named bryon, he proceded to inform me i was approved for a loan for 5000.00 dollers, i then asked how much do i have to send to you? he replied 800 dollers, same thing detail financial told my friend and i when she was approved so i asked him where did you get my name and number from? he said i applied online to a place called RIGHT VALUE FINANCIAL,

i wasnt online at all on monday or nor have i myslef applied for a loan in the first place so i thought of detail financial, i took his name and number down and called from a different number they picked up sounding the exact same way detail financial sounds and you have to say your name, so i said a bogus name got bryon on the phone and asked him if they are affliated with detail financial he said no not at all and hung up on me,

i believe these are the same people and to top it off details phone is not workin anymore for the last week, we need to get these guys!!! and get our money back!!!!

FTC complaint

AUTHOR: Dave - (Canada)

Go to ftc.gov -- the Federal Trade Commission website.

1) Search there for "advance fee loan".

2) File a complaint on their web-site.

There is never any need to wire money to a legitimate company.
A legit company has a bank account. You can send them a check or an electronic transfer -- bank account to bank account.
