I completed the appointments with him plus paid for flyer to be distributed and paid for a Craigslist ad of which he said would be reimbursed with my first commission payout.

The Gold package is $3000 which once you pay that, you go from Lever1 to Level 2. Once in Level 2 you then are paid commissions weekly. The so-called owner list he said was what's important to get weekly commissions and larger money. once I paid out the balance of the Gold package of which I only paid a very smal amount because the person's ad I answered was paying out the biggest portion of my gold package and Devemn supposedly paid a portion of said package which left me with a small amount (little over a hundred dollars plus the fee for the wire) of which I would be re-imbursed for the wire fee of which I never received. The owners list is to bring more people in and he updates your sales progress from owners list. Once balance is paid off from the Gold Package you are to receive your commissions in 24-48 hours. NOTHING!!!

Lo and behold, 4 days passed and no commissions paid. Deven said we would have another appointment once my commissions paid. When no commissions were paid, I called Deven on the 5th day -Friday to let him know that I had not received my commissions. First Lie-He had to fly out of town because his mother had fallen. Second Lie(Friday)-Owner is now very sick and they were taking papers to owner's house to sign power of attorney over to daughter (owner sounds like he's on his deat h bed)

Accountants said owner had been medicated and he would be unable to sign anything. Deeven said he would call me back the next day (Sat) of which he did but with Lie #3. Third Lie-Owner and the accounting person Elaine Bennett broke up and owner took her off paperwork relating to commission payouts.

I was counting on the commisions plus money I spent for flyer, advertisement and wire. While on the phone call with Deven the last time I'm pretty sure he heard the disgust in my voice and said he's sending out 500 more flyers for me(that's to get more people to scam them as well.

I asked this liar just to see what he would say, I said Deven am I going to get my money he said of course no body got paid including him. I told Deven that it sounds fishy of which he replied you will get your money and we have been in business for 19 years, however there's no website for the company. This is a very clever SCAM that Deven Streeter is running. I should have checked with Ripoff before getting involved and I want my money back that I paid on the balance on the Gold Package, money for the wire, and advertisment.
