Representation: These two guy's represent that they can source funding, but just waste your reputation, time and clients time. Please make this know on a world wide basis.

These two guy's wasted more than 6 weeks of my clients time, securing confidential financial information in the process, under the guise that they had direct access to funding sources, to be provided against $47 Million Dollars in Assets.

They executed a NCND & Fee Agreement and subsequently failed to follow through and provide the Lender information. These people waste your time, cannot be trusted and are not a reputable source of funding. 

They are both "very small" operators, but posture as being men of substance, they are not!

Please be warned not to do do business with these "Frauds", they will only waste your time, cause embarassment to you and your relationships with your clients. These people need to be stopped in making false representations! 

Please pass this on to all your business associates.

Trinity Company had a minus account balance of -£5, 000 at the end 2014 according to the company's published accounts.

M. Devinder Srinivasa is a devisive and obstructionist individual, who cannot be trusted, changing terms after agreements are signed and notarized. 

At NO point was the client ever presented with a "Term Sheet" that they "promised" would be forthcoming after the execuction of their "NCND/Fee Agreement". They did not deliver! They Charge a 5% or 6% Finders Fee, and demand their terms dictate the transaction and not the Lender. Avoid them like the "plague!"
