DexMedia Dex is a SCAM. Our guarenteed actions were mostly soliciters and not customers. They are rude and only care about taking your money. Phoenix Arizona

We had a year contract with DexMedia. We have worked with Dex in the past and while we get a few customer calls we were starting to question wether it was worth it. Now that our contract is up we looked through our guarentted actions and found that 45 out of 97 "guarenteed calls" were soliciters. We called Dex and they were very rude. Ofcourse my original representitive was no longer with the company. The people I delt with were very rude. Even counting the solicitation calls they did not hold up to there end of the guarentee. Our guarenteed actions were not met. They said if we sign up for another year they will credit us three months worth of payments. They should hold up to their contract without making us resign another one. We barely recievd any calls from them at all. We spoke with a manager and she was able to block the soliciting numbers we were getting and since then our phone calls have dropped dramatically. We were being completly blasted by solicitations from them. We do not need to sign a $5000.00 yearly contract and pay to be solicited constantly. They are a scam. They are going under and they filed BK last year. They only care about your money. No one cares that their advertising does not work. They want to blackmail you into signing another contract before they resolve the issues with the last contract. Total scam. We will never advertise with them again.
