Dell Financial Services has called a small business 8 to 10 times a day requesting to speak to an employee even though they were given the employee's home phone number. The calls would start as early as 7:45 AM and continue until 8:55 PM. These calls would come in 7 days a week, they would be told every time that no personal calls are accepted, yet they continued to call for many weeks.
