DFW Budget Fence and Patio Contracted Advanced Payment $2000.00 Russell Johnson Automated Door backyard July 2011. Neither doing job nor returning money wylie, Texas

We contracted Russell Johnson of 'DFW Budget Fence and Patio' to have Automated Door for our backyard in July 2011. We paid him $2000.00 in advance for this job. After we gave the money it was very hard to get documents from him to get our ACC approved. With a lot of emails and calls and text as a follow up we recieved the documents from him. We got ACC approved by Sept 26, 2011.

After that I have called Russell several times , emailed and texted too, but he never did our job - only sometimes he responded.

Oct 13, 2011 I wrote a text to Russell to cancel the contract and return our money $2000.00 back. I have written him the same text again later and also called him but he does not picks up his phone.

I have heard from 2 other neighbors in Coppell that Russell has taken money from them too and has never done their job and does not replies back.
