DGM Financial Group Inc Wayne Hamilton DGM Financial group collected 5895.62 and will not return calls or emails or foward monies due. miami, Florida

DGM Financial Group collected $5895.62 on January 29, 2009 and has only fowarded $678.57

I have made many atempts to contact DGM Financial by phone and buy email without response.

On August 21 2009 I did receive an email from Wayne Hamilton DGM Financial Group It read as follows.

You have been paid on all collections to date. If there are any future collections received they will be immediately returned to the debtor with notification that we are no longer servicing your account. I will also remove these accounts from Equifax so there will be no reason for these debtors to forward any collection funds to our office or any need for you to update us on the status of these accounts.

After receiving this email I contacted the account in collections to ask why they stoped sending payments. I was informed that they had paid the amount in full $5895.62 back on January 29  2009.

I then fowarded this information to DGM Financial to see if they could have made some kind of accounting error. They will not respond.
