DHI Mortgage GR Horton Mortgage DHI Mortgage has unprofessional and deceptive policies in conjunction with DR Horton builder Ft. Myers Florida

DR Horton builders and associate mortgage company (DHI) basically have a scheme to manipulate and defraud potential home buyers of deposited monies.  The policy of this organization is to refuse refunding any deposit/earnest monies under any circumstances.  They refuse to accept documentations requested while requesting such documentation(s) two and three times.  With this policy no application would ever be approved and thus earnest monies kept...which is the scheme they effect.  They refuse to approve or disapprove application even when notifying applicant they do not qualify.  Beware of this company as such complaints are nationwide both with substandard builder and DHI.  Buyer beware.
