We are a media buying agency and have "sleepers" implemented into different distribution lists. These are fake addresses from us to monitor if a journal is really sent out.

We have realised that DI Europe is NOT sending out the Journals as claimed, in particular issues which seems do not have a lots of advertising in it.

We have track of about 2 years now and out of 16 copies to arrive in 4 different loactions only 5 have ever arrived. This is a clear distribution scam
