I hired Dia Group in 09/2007 to help me deal with my credit card debt. They stated they could reduce my interest rates and save me $2500.00 the first year. After sending all my paperwork and they charged me $790.00. After several months I hadn't heard anything, I contacted them, they said because some of my credit card payments had been late, that there was nothing they could do right now. They said they would try again in six months. Now I have gone bankrupt, lost my house and my business, and when I tried to reach them,the numbers I have , have been disconnected. Is there anything I can do? Cathy, Wilmington, NC
