Diamond Acres Kennel - Evonne Denney STOP THIS "SO-CALLED" BREEDER!!** Grandview Texas

I happened to come across this website today while searching for my English Bulldog's breeder Evonne Denney when I came across all these reports of other victims like me and my blood started to boil. I too was a victim like so many others when I purchased my bulldog from Evonne Denney at Diamond Acres Kennel in January 2005.

At the time of purchasing my bulldog I lived in Massachusetts. My husband and I had been searching for our dream dog, however the area that we live in didn't have many english bulldog breeder's, and that is when we turned to searching for our pup online. We thought we had done our research. We had communicated with Evonne Denney mostly through email and when we initially purchased the pup we had called her directly with some questions that we had. She would tell us how cute the dog was. She sent us more pictures of the dogs by email. She sent us picutures of the parents. Overall she seemed like a very nice Christian lady over the phone and when we communicated through email she always ended the email with "God Bless You" and it seemed like she was trustworthy person.

Well let me tell you these thoughts that I initially had of her all changed! When I picked up my dog from the airport my dog smelt so bad and I immediately noticed that something was wrong with his skin and he had some balding patches. The following day we had taken our bulldog Rosco to the Vet and we were told that our dog had Mange. I called Evonne Denney to inform her of this as we thought there was some type of "warranty"(per her website but she revised the verbiage after my conversation with her) when we purchased the pup from her so that I could atleast get reimbursed for my costly vet bill for treating my dogs mange. After a heated conversation with her, Evonne had turned into this mean horrible person over the phone and her tone of voice had totally changed. Her answer to me was to return the dog and she would send a replacement dog. My thoughts were...are you kidding me! Does this lady have a heart!!

No...all she cares about is her money! What happened to the sweet christian woman? My dog was also diagonsed with cherry eye shortly after. Although this is very common in bulldogs he happened to have this in both eyes and also had intrepoia in one eye. He then developed a tumor on his ear. Within a couple of months our pup had a couple of eye surgeries and had to have surgery to remove the tumor on his ear. My vet told me that these problems can occur when people are over breeding dogs. Is Evonne Denney running a puppy mill? This was another thought that ran through my mind. During all this I was also trying to obtain my paperwork from Evonne. After several phone calls and emails requesting my dogs paperwork she had told me that she did not have the paperwork and I needed to call some guy by the name of "Chad".

Months later I finally received my paperwork from "Chad". I then noticed that my dog was born in Mississippi NOT Texas where Evonne is located. She never had my dog in her possesion but she led me to believe she had the dog the whole time when I was purchasing the dog from her. I caught Evonne in so many lies. I then requested pictures of my dogs parents again and got two totally different pictures from when I purchased the dog. On her webpage she had a comments section. I posted a comment to let others know what I went through. I received a nasty email from Evonne hours later about my comment that I posted and she deleted the comment from her website.

The reason I am taking time in writting this article is to let other consumers know not to purchase a dog from Diamond Acres Kennel/Evonne Denney. Although from reading other articles it seems like she may have changed her web address. I've been reading some of Evonne Denney's rebuttal's to these articles and her responses are simply ridiculous. We need to stop this Diamond Acres Kennel a/k/a Evonne Denney from doing buisness!!!
