Anyone who plans to shop for jewelry products or diamonds or anything related at Diamond Doctor should take care. First off, the company is involved in a fraud case involved with diamond quality. You should take a look at the Diamond Doctor Fraud story - you need to read it before you make a purchasing decision with this terrible company. This company manipulates customers to go for their poor quality products, and at the same time talks ill of genuine diamond companies. Many times I was a victim before I noticed that the company is out to frustrate rather than serve customers.

With a family miles and miles away in India I wanted to show how amazing my new jewelry was for the upcoming wedding planned. Turns out my jewelry was of the worst quality ever imagined in my mind. I can't even believe that I spent such a long time in Diamond Doctor looking for jewelry so bad that I could have bought better at a costume jewelry store!

Clients want a piece of jewelry that satisfies their need in every way. At Diamond Doctor, diamond clarity is nonexistent. You cannot expect to have the clarity of the product that meets your expectations at Diamond Doctor. Poor clarity of diamond jewelry affects the overall purpose of the product because it involves cutting and color grading of the product. Diamond Doctor is undergoing a lawsuit because of poor services and even a person with half a brain cell would know that selling overgraded diamonds is not the best practice and I'm disgusted. For all the reasons mentioned here and more, it is advisable that you avoid Diamond Doctor like a plague.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We take pride in offering only the best quality diamonds that have been appraised by recognized third parties. Our prices are always in line with these apprasials.

If any customer is not happy with the quality of any item purchased from us, we will gladly exchange it or give an immediate refund.  This has been our policy since the day we opened in 2002.

If you are willing to come to our store with the item(s) you purchased from us, along with the receipt, not only can you return the item(s) you bought from us for a full refund, I will personally give you a $1000 credit toward anything we offer to offset your feelings of disappointment with our service. We are looking forward to the opportunity to rectify this matter.

Sincerely,

David Blank, Owner
