DiamondCreek Candles Aka Jodie Foster Aka Ken Bearce DiamondCreek Candles REAL BUSINESS???? Las Vegas Nevada

I worked as a consultant with DiamondCreek Candles (DCC) for about 9 months, after evaluating my situation of whether I was going to make an income with them or not, I found out I was paying them MORE than I was making in return. They used to allow you access to customers email addresses and they have a monthly free candle drawing where you would get an email anytime someone entered the drawing. That way you could follow up with YOUR customers and I thought it was great.

Then they changed the back office so that you could no longer see the free candle drawing customers nor your own PAYING customers. As a business practice I enjoy sending THANK YOU letters or emails to my customers so they can get to know the person they are buying from, thus creating a good relationship. DCC no longer allowed you to see your customers information, no longer allowed you to see what they purchased and you had no way to see what your downline was on for a plan. Bascially you had to put your TRUST into DCC that they were accurately paying you the commissions and team builder bonuses. I am sorry but when it comes to MY MONEY that I EARNED I would like to have a back up for proof that I am getting paid based on my contracted rate.

DCC has very poor customer service, they seemed to up and down with their customer service. DCC seemed to pick and choose who they responded to via email and seemed to only respond when a consultant brought up an issue in public on their private consultant forums. Anytime a consultant questioned something DCC would wipe out their thread on the forum almost as if they had something to hide. I was witness on numerous occasions of team leaders leaving the company. Those team leaders would not tell me why they left, nor would they discourage me from working with DCC.

It was not until I left the company that others told me of the scams they had been victim to of this company. When I was told of this website where I could voice how poorly this company treats their customers and consultants I knew I had to write a report, because I personally feel you do unto others as you expect others do unto you. This is my way of letting others know they are NOT alone and if they are currently a consultant with DCC to watch their back and not allow this company to SCAM them too.
